Retroactive to January 1, 2022, you may perform the clinical-administrative activities arising from your medical activities outside the establishment where you hold your appointment, i.e. another health care establishment, your office or home.
For hourly and fixed fee remuneration, you must use code XXX346 Clinical Services – COVID-19 and enter the institution number where you hold your appointment.
For mixed mode remuneration, you must use the hourly fee in conjunction with your appointment at your facility. You may not bill for additional fees. When billing, you must indicate the place of dispensation, i.e., the establishment number for which you hold your appointment. Also, specify the place in reference, either the number of the establishment, your office, or the locality/domicile where the activities were performed in the field provided for this purpose, i.e., the Place where the service is rendered by the professional.
