A new agreement will soon replace these terms and conditions.

All services that could be provided by teleconsultation are maintained until further notice. These services include remote visits related to a patient in the context of CHSLD, emergency, external, clinic and UMF, these terms are currently being renegotiated.

All the other elements that had been suspended since the beginning of the LE 269 are effective again as of May 15, 2022:

  • Capping of clinical intervention (180 minutes per day in all sectors, except for specific categories of patients)
  • On-call COVID
  • Cap on the number of telephone calls per trimester
  • Collective and interdisciplinary exchanges billable in person only
  • Capping of chieftaincy packages
