From septembre 24 2021 and onward, if you have a nomination which concern l’Annexe XXIII in CLSC and the service is rendered on a basis other than blended pay, you will need to add the following contextual elements depending on your situation:
- Garde en disponibilité (#DISPO)
- En période de disponibilité – selon 2.05 de l’Annexe XXIII (#PEDI)
- Droit acquis en sans rendez-vous (#SRV)
- Droit acquis pour interruption volontaire de grossesse – IVG (#IVG)
- Service rendu en CLSC mais selon un autre mode de rémunération qu’en rémunération mixte de l’Annexe XXIII (#NORM)
When processing your account statements:
- In the absence of the context element, requests will be refused with the explanatory message 4009.
- However, if you do not have a CLSC appointment for blended pay and you add one of the above contexts, the requests will be denied with the explanatory message 3416.
- As a reminder, when billing 100% of the fee supplements listed in “Annexe II”, you must indicate the context element that corresponds to the practice area of your appointment in order to be paid accordingly. If this is not provided, claims will be denied with the explanatory message 4067.
