Extension of certain terms and conditions related to COVID-19 Lettre d’entente 269
Certain terms and conditions are maintained until March 31, 2023:
- The methods of payment relating to communications via digital advice (conseil numérique) and to communications in teledermatology
- The remote death certificate in pre-hospital emergency services
- The remuneration of the physician who acts as co-manager of medical services within a CHSLD as well as that of the physician who acts as coordinator within the framework of the regional geriatric medical coordination mechanism
- The terms and conditions relating to the clinical-administrative activities of the physician who, for his regular practice, is paid at an hourly rate, at fixed fees or in the mixed mode on behalf of a facility defined.
However, the teaching physician who performs the academic activities remotely referred to in his appointment as well as the public health physician whi renders the services referred to in his appointment remotely cannot avail himself of the procedure provided, which are covered by separate agreements.
Services provided by telemedecine, with the exception of the visit for the new patient visit (visite de prise en charge)

Measure ending December 31, 2022 :
