Hematology

In accordance with Article 1.3 of Addendum 6 governing hematology, the specialist physician qualified in hematology and holding laboratory practice privileges must, within two months preceding the start of each year, send to the RAMQ, information relating to his laboratory activities, indicating the main establishment and, if applicable, the secondary establishment (s) where he practices.

You will receive all the details via a letter in your RAMQ secure messaging system. It is important to follow up otherwise you may experience refusals on your statements.
