Mixed Remuneration (Appendix 38)

Changes will be made to Article 2.3 of Appendix 38 (Brochure no. 5), effective June 1, 2021.

It will no longer be possible to carry over hours to a later date. In short, you will no longer be able to use your excess hours in the same two-week period to make up for missing hours. From now on, you will have to have completed a minimum activity period of:

7 hours per day to qualify for a full per diem;
