Lettre d’entente n° 327 – Nouvelle catégorie d’inscription pour les patients hébergés dans un centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée (CHSLD)
Infolettre 103, published on June 30th, concerns the modified instructions regarding the registration of patients treated in a long-term care facility (CHSLD).
A new type of registration called « CHSLD » will now be available on the online service Inscription de la clientèle des professionnels de la santé. From now on, you will be able to transmit, modify or simply look up a CHSLD registration via the RAMQ online services.
The new category will distinguish the registrations related to the Entente particulière relative aux services de médecine de famille, de prise en charge et de suivi de la clientèle (40) from those related to the Lettre d’entente no327.
