Procedure – Customizing specific and general contexts

By clicking on the gearwheel icon, the user can customize the general contexts that are available, in order to narrow down the choices on their list.

They can do the same in a specific context, in the link of a detail line, by clicking on the gearwheel icon in the “Contexts” column of a claim..

We remind you that the list of context elements in an electronic claim form is also customizable by our team, on request.
