On Facturation.net, in the “Reports” section, the “Statistics Report” tool allows you to generate exact data on amounts paid and your billing data. You can access detailed information about all of your claims. This tool calculates the amounts, taking into account re-billings and rejected claims. You can therefore be sure that you have the right information in these reports.
There are two types of reports that can be generated. The daily report shows you the total of your claim data according to the criteria you select, while the summary report shows amounts by date.
To create a report, choose the type of report (daily billing or summary billing), then choose the criteria (period, facility, diagnosis, act codes) and select the doctor concerned. To obtain the unformatted data in an Excel spreadsheet, check the box “Raw Export”. Then click on “Create report”.
You can then easily save your report in different formats. The default file format is PDF. If you want to save it in Excel, select XLS.
