RAMQ password (TIP-I)

When an error message in the billing displays “RAMQ ID Machine invalid”, it means that the TIP-I password has expired and must be changed. To do this, you must first contact RAMQ to obtain a new username and password.

Once this is done, you must go to the “” section.

By clicking on “RAMQ Billing”, you will find the following fields that display the latest information configured. Please note that, in most cases, the information displayed in the fields consists of machine identifiers automatically generated by our system. You must delete these and enter the information provided to you by the RAMQ in the fields, then save.

Normally, billing should resume working again immediately.
