This is a summary of RAMQ’s newsletter 325 published on January 23 2023. This info letter informs us on patients registration to the consultation registry as per letters of agreement 381 and 382.
Please note we are only outlining the main topics and that a thorough reading may be necessary for your complete understanding.
You work in a clinique désignée populationnelle (CDP) or a site non traditionnel ambulatoire (SNTA) ? RAMQ now allows you to register your patient visits done at these sites retroactively to November 1st 2022. The deadline for retroactive registrations is March 31st 2023. Please note that IPS-SPL or CIPS-SPL must fill the registry on their end.
Here is the procedure to register your patient visits to the consultations registry.
- Connect to RAMQ’s online services :
- Click on this tab :
- In the menu to the left, click on Inscrire consultation
- Enter your name and site of consultation (when this one will be available) :
- In the indicators, click on 4 : Lettre d’entente – Clinique d’hiver
- Enter the date of consultation and each HIN (NAM) individually Click on + to add each patient. Remember to click on Enregistrer afterwards.
