** Please note that the changes for mixed compensation (annexe 38) planned as of June 1st are postponed to October 1, 2021. It will therefore be possible to optimize your RM from June 1st to September 30th, 2021.
This message is intended for doctors paid by the mixed remuneration method only. Changes were announced in article 2.3 of Appendix 38 (brochure no. 5) and will take effect on October 1, 2021. Starting on this date, it will no longer be possible to carry excess hours worked forward to a later date and use the excess hours worked in that period to replace hours on another day. To be entitled to per diems, the duration of activities must be at least:
- 7 hours per day for 1 per diem;
- 5 hours per day for a half per diem.
To reflect this change, the billing system will be modified so that the “Optimize per diems” button will become “Calculate per diems”. This button will be used to calculate per-diems according to the number of hours completed in a single day on this form. You will be able to edit the per diem if other hours were billed for this day on another form, in order to comply with the billing rules. The “excess” column will also be removed.
You will be able to see the changes on the forms as of the period beginning.
